Can't believe June is nearly over. What a beautiful month it has been. Although spring has been late this year the countryside around here is now fully in bloom and looking so fresh and lovely. I have been in the garden a lot this week making the most of the sunshine. Carrots, courgettes, potatoes, onions, lettuce and peas are all in and I have leeks, spinach and herby lettuce mix still to plant. Already had some baby lettuce leaves - yummy!!
